Amaretto Spritz

Freshly squeezed lemon juice and Amaretto liqueur, sweetened with a touch of sugar, served over ice and charged with Frizzenti

Ingredients:
35ml Amaretto,
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice,
15ml sugar syrup,
top with 50ml of Frizzenti

Method: Add ingredients (except Frizzenti) in to a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and strain in to the glass, top with Frizzenti in to the glass with 50ml Frizzenti (after shaking)

Garnish: Zest of lemon

Glass: Champagne coupe

Tip: You can add a bit of Angostura or orange bitters for depth of flavour, or a couple of raspberries in to the shaker for a more summery touch
