Logistics
The Frizzenti on-tap products are delivered in 25 litre kegs with a sankey “S” connection, which is compatible with most existing cellar systems. The kegs are filled at 2.7 bar so the product is lightly sparkling. This is in contrast with Champagne and Cava which are at 4.5 bar and can’t be conditioned in kegs. The Frizzenti Prosecco DOC comes in 6 bottles (75cl) per case.
